- 5 / 5By John PaulI've been a regular here for a long time. Along with my children, we've enjoyed many meals and special occasions at Schlesinger's. There are NO better steakhouses in the Hudson Valley. You will have to travel to NYC to find a comparable steak. Aged beef is a specialty here and although it may be the reason I keep returning, it is just an example of the outstanding food, service and commitment to fine dining. Go find a better steak, prime rib, onion soup... I could go on. I dare you!!!October 22, 2016
